Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: General Job site Management, Oversees and provides direction to other Artists/Artisans including work locations and schedules, Inspects and signs weekly time sheets, Trains and instructs new employees including the safe use of tools and equipment, Communicates employee issues to administration including tardiness and absences, Oversees job preparation including set up maintenance, tear down and clean up, Responsible for onsite client communication and job paperwork, Job site photography, Attends meetings as needed, Oversees all shop and studio maintenance and inventory, Oversees the making and organization of samples, Maintains and stocks van, Research and experimentation of new products and tools.
